Troy D. Wallace, 87, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away March 22, 2023, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas.

He was born December 5, 1935, at Albertville, Alabama, and was the son of the late Homer B. and Leona "Lillie" (Clifton) Wallace.

Troy was united in marriage to Bessie "Brandy" Presley on January 8, 2002.

He was preceded in death by his son, Trent Lee Wallace and two sisters, Fannie Jo Bargo, Linda McKee.

Troy worked 38 years at General Motors and was an amateur photographer. He enjoyed listening to Country and Western music and was a member of the "Country Strings" where he played guitar and sang. He was an avid "indoorsman" and of the Christian Faith.

Troy is survived by his wife, Bessie "Brandy" Wallace; five children, Lenny Wallace of Piggott, Arkansas, Marty Wallace of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Terry Wallace of Piggott, Arkansas, Gary Wallace of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; daughter, Trena Buckner and husband Jim of Piggott, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren: Shanna, Heather, Trevor, Leisha, Gena, Christopher, Lexi, Latosha, Breanna, Kristin, Jennifer, and Michelle; a host of great-grandchildren; sister, Faye Williamson of Huntsville, Alabama; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 24, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. with Jerry Morgan officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
