Vonceil Marie Lockard, 63, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away March 8, 2024, at her home in Piggott, Arkansas.

She was born on June 28, 1960, in Michigan and was the daughter of the late Ronald Euell Lockard and Frances Louise Raney.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Stephen L. Lockard; and brother, Mark Lockard.

Vonceil is survived by her daughter, Ronnie Fayth Lockard; brothers, Luke Lockard and Shane Lockard both of Piggott, Arkansas and Donald Ray Shelton II and Darrin Maynard both of Michigan; sisters, Ronda Armstrong of Michigan; grandchildren: Ashley, Paige, Anthony, Diego, Ga'biro; Alejah, and Alexis; half siblings, Kimberly Lockard and Bill Lockard both of West Virginia; and many other relatives and friends.

Vonceil loved her animals. She had two special dogs, Mo, who preceded her in death and El Chapo who was living with her. She was known for helping others in need and had a good heart and sense of humor.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 11, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas. A private burial will be held at a later time.
