W.F. 'Dub' Smart, 92, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014, at the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell, Missouri. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 18, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with burial following in Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway, Arkansas. Visitation begins at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
