William Rodney Foulk, 77, of Piggott, AR, passed peacefully into his next life on Ash Wednesday, 2025 at the home of his daughter.

He was born September 17, 1947 to William Paul and Rebecca Lou (Blocker) Foulk. He loved kids, horses, dogs, and Jesus.

Rodney served in the Vietnam War and then returned to marry Dinah Susan Risinger, of Piggott. Two children, Cristal Lynn and William Chad were born of that union. Although he was most known for his family's farming operation and "Foulk Two-Way Radio" business, Rodney was also skilled in carpentry, electrical and plumbing work. In his later years he enjoyed buying and selling "treasures" and peddling firewood. He was a member of the South Thornton Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, William Paul and Rebecca Foulk, his grandparents, Judson & Myrtle Foulk & Roy and Beedie Blocker, grandson William Ashton Foulk, many beloved aunts and uncles, and more recently his close cousin and lifelong best friend, Frankie Jr.

He is survived by his son, William Chad Foulk, his daughter and her husband, Cristal and James Bolen, his sister and her husband, Paulette and Don Grimes, grandchildren, Houston and Draya Foulk, McCaleh & Sean Armour, Erica Friederich, Austin Foulk, Harley Foulk, Jordan Foulk, Riley Foulk, Aubrey Hicks, & Bethany Foulk, along with great grandchildren, Eden, Roslyn, & Zoa Foulk, Sean & Isla Armour, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 2pm at Hoggard & Son Funeral Home in Piggott with Brother Jerry Morgan officiating. Burial will be at Piggott Cemetery in Piggott. Pallbearers will be Roger Scott, Gerrad Templeman, Dillan Cate, James Bolen, Sean Graddy, Mike Faucet, & Michael Risinger. Visitation is from 12-2 on Monday with services immediately after.
