Woodrow Wilson Lowe, 88, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away Monday, April 27, 2015, at the Memphis VA Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
He was born on February 15, 1927, in Pollard, Arkansas, and was the son of the late T.L. and Nettie Florence Swaggart Lowe.
He was united in marriage to Vona Jean Lowe on December 24, 1960.
He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers: Robert, Travis, T.L., Glen, Raymond, and Venice Lowe; four sisters: Lottie Householder, Hazel Householder, Gladys Gosnell, and Opal Householder.
Survivors include his wife Vona Jean Lowe of Piggott, Arkansas; three children: Eddie Ray Lowe and wife Latraca of Doniphan, Missouri, Jeania Renee Eubanks and husband Steve of Piggott, Arkansas, and Lyndell Wayne Lowe of Piggott, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Jerrod Lowe and wife Stephanie, Chelsea Cote and husband Paden, and Winston Eubanks; four great-grandchildren: Mason, Emmett, Mia, and Aniston; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Charles Smith officiating. Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Thursday beginning at 1:00 p.m. until service time.
