She was united in marriage to Tommy West on June 8, 1957, and to this union two children were born, Thomas and Betty. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy; son, Thomas; brothers, James, Gerald, Elbert, and Robert; and sister, Bonnie, Dorothy, Velma, and Mary Jane. She is survived by her daughter, Betty (Tim) Roberts of Piggott, Arkansas; daughter-in-law, Monya West of Doniphan, Missouri; her twin sister, Betty-Dean Phillips of Piggott, Arkansas; six grandchildren: Nicole (William) Green of Corning, Arkansas, Amanda (John) Reed of Piggott, Arkansas, Tabitha (Kerry) Murphey of Doniphan, Missouri, Heather (Clint) Davis of Corning, Arkansas, Cody (Amanda) West of West Plains, Missouri, Cord (Britnee) West of Doniphan, Missouri; eleven great-grandchildren; and one-on-the-way. Zettie was a faithful servant of the Lord and a longtime member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Piggott, until her health prevented her from attending. She was kind, compassionate and a friend to everyone she met. She loved her family and friends and was always willing to help whenever she was needed. In turn she was loved so much by all her family and friends and will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 8, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas. Burial is in Gravel Hill Cemetery in St. Francis, Arkansas.  Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Monday from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
